Just a thought here, guys… Next time you make yourself a nice tuna sandwich, if you happen to have any (homemade or otherwise) pesto lying around, throw some pesto in with your mayo and tuna.  It’s good times.

Or, if you’re like me, and you had some basil you needed to use, and you therefore happened to have about a pound of pesto mayonnaise already made up, the work is already done for you! =)

I actually had the fiance make our sandwiches today because I was feeling a bit under the weather, and he made them beautifully.  Marvelous crispy toasted wheat bread, muenster cheese, and tuna and pesto mayonnaise.  He’s a great sammich-maker. And chicken soup from a can – the best kind. =)
