FoodJam LiveBlog #5: Celebrating Fluffernutter

So in honor of National Fluffernutter day (I’m serious, I didn’t make that up) I wanted to do something with peanut butter and fluff, but I also wanted something a little more exciting than a plain ol’ fluffernutter sandwich.

So: I sliced up some frozen pound cake.  Then I melted some peanut butter in the microwave (less than 30 seconds) and drizzled/poured it over the slices.  Then I melted some marshmallow fluff (about 15 seconds, then add a splash of water) and drizzled that over the whole thing.  It tastes like a fluffernutter, but it looks cute, and you get the added sweetness of the pound cake.

Yay!
